“Overall a pleasant stay given the price and star rating of the hotel. The room was clean and the room size was generous and the hotel offered ancillary services like airport drop off etc. breakfast is a simple but small no frills spread. What marred the experience would be the issue with their room key cards, which kept deactivating every day, causing us to have to make multiple trips down to the lobby during the stay to have the card reactivated. “The stay was comfortable but no amenities like the kitchenette or stove was provided. The curtains needed maintenance. The cushion covers were worn out. Room and bathroom was clean. Always got prompt responses from staff or manager. Can you much better. Location is good. ”
