The fire place is such a bonus and though the house was warm and cosy with out it.The drive way is a little scary but with confidence and caution can be managed. “The place is quite easy to find. We met Pete up the driveway to the house. We found him very obliging, friendly and informative, great person. The property was even better than we imagined. the house was very clean, spacious, well furnished, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing views. “Exactly what it says in the listing. Not polished or flash but cosy and full of character in a lovely setting, close to walks in the gorge, op shops in Paeroa and the Te Aroha thermal pools. Felt very welcome and nothing like an outdoor bath under the stars!”

“The small apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was beautiful. Overlooking the Firth and in a rural.setting. we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the later afternoon sun. It is about a 10 minute drive from Thames and was for the himes we did on the Coromandel”
