“This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. It's an ideal property for those of us who stay for a week or longer - travel for a living & do not want to eat out 3 meals a day. Much more space &……

“This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”

“Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions. Tourist district about a 15-20 minute drive away. Great for the business travel or someone who is visiting family. Awesome property host "Jack"”
