Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a large fenced back yard for entertaining. 4 blocks from the high school and 5 blocks from K-State campus, your family will be close to everything! The 3 bedrooms are spacious, sleeping up to 9 with a king, 2 queen's, a full & a twin. Open living room & dining room with 4 recliners, 65 inch Roko TV and panoramic Wi-Fi. Full kitchen with stocked coffee bar. Off street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

My wife and I have stayed at many short-term rentals over the years, and this property was by far the cleanest we've ever experienced. The location was ideal—just minutes from the KSU campus—which made it perfect for our visit to Manhattan to see our son perform in his first K State orchestra concert. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept, and the home itself was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We truly can't recommend this property highly enough!

This was a very comfortable property as we stayed in town for a funeral. The spacious quiet backyard was great to relax in under the older Oak tree I’ve seen.

We love staying at this house! It is in a great, quiet neighborhood. The house has exactly what we need, a very nice kitchen & a nice back yard. The house is very spacious & very clean. Brady is a great host & is very personable. Would highly recommend this house!

What an adorable house! Close to everything, clean, and comfortable. Brady was great when we had an issue with the AC and had someone her in minutes to come and fix it. We will definitely stay again!

Summer Camps

We were in town for baseball camp at the University. Great location, great house, quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable for kids, teens, & moms! Will definitely be back!

Great Family Unit

We stayed here as a family of 8 while visiting family in the area. The house was well furnished and beds were all comfortable. Some homes listed for big families don’t offer adequate bedding or towels to accommodate the number of people staying, but this was not the case here. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One thing worth noting; we didn’t utilize the kitchen much as we ate most meals out with family, but one thing we did notice was an inadequate selection of knives if you do plan to cook a lot.

Perfect for a group of friends playing in a golf tournament. Even had a nice back area with a table and chairs. We could not find directions for checkout procedures so did our best. Sorry if we missed that. Thanks.

Great place to stay!

This house was very clean and solid. Two bathrooms was a big help with 4 women between 69 and 78 years old. I would stay here again as it is convenient to most everything. Nice large table to talk around and look at pictures and recall fun episodes from our childhood. Thank you for a wonderful place to lay our heads.

Our stay was wonderful! House was spacious and clean! We had a group of 6 and there was plenty of room to sleep and hangout comfortably. We didn’t use the kitchen or W/D, so no review on that. Host was easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend!!

Would Stay Again!

We had a great stay overall! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Everything was exactly as pictured — we enjoyed the backyard and the floor plan was open and we liked the layout. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked.Minor things we’d suggest to the host — it would have been nice to have some a lamp in the master bedroom and one of the other rooms. The main room lights were very bright. The water pressure to fill up the bath was very low and it took a long time to fill it up. Again, minor issues and wouldn’t deter us from staying again.

Great Place to stay

House was in a very quiet neighborhood, It was close to the athletic facilities at K-State and also Aggieville. The house was better than described, and the host was great to work with and very accommodating with all of our needs. Would definitely book again without any hesitation.
