Putting the sink outside the toilet was a poor choice. Could’ve made the sink deeper to avoid splashes everywhere. Outlet placed right beside it is asking for accident as well.
Maybe put some floating shelf on sides of the toilet room rather than one long behind the toilet itself. For a hotel with stylez name attached, this speaks dullness.
Closet was non-existent, granted it was a standard room we booked, but it’s pretty stupid to put coffee amenities right inside the supposed to be closet/hanger area.
The folding rack for luggage is an unnecessary clutter, it may seem helpful at first but travelers know the bed is where to organize it, and store it standing up stacked with each other afterwards.
The air-conditioning is pretty good although could use a little balancing, sometimes won’t blow cold air until 2°C off the set temp. And when it blows, it blows hard to reach the temp immediately, which is good but could be bad for someone with allergies and problems with sudden change in temperature like my mom and daughter.
I didn’t had the chance to try the buffet, but what boggles me is that this hotel doesn’t have room service for food. Granted there are dining areas around the hotel, but when it’s close to midnight, and you don’t want to go out, room service should be available.
The staff are accommodating and very kind, they are good workers, keep them happy and your guests will be as well.
