Comfortabel stay other than one small issue

No complaints other than the toilet does not flush well. Had to flush 5 times after each #2 for all the toilet tissue to go down ciompletely.

I was very disappointed with the level of service that I received at this hotel. I booked this hotel through Expedia because it was a good value and it was recommended online for solo travels. However, my experience was far from what I was expecting. Firstly, this hotel is not for foreign tourists. When I arrived and throughout my stay the lobby was constantly packed with people in the lobby. At first I thought it was because there was a convention going on, this issue remained throughout the duration of my stay. Because of this, there was often no space to relax in the lobby while waiting for taxis or just for leisure. Additionally, because the lobby was always busy, the front desk customer service suffered. I tried calling the front desk and even concierge several times from my room, and only very few occasions did they pick up. Even when I arrived, the staff working the front desk were rude and were not very helpful in answering my questions about eSIMs and questions about directions. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing, it was about $16 (USD) and for that price there was a severe lack of options. The options that they did have were not up to quality that I would expect. In regards to the rooms, the rooms were small, but that was something I was expecting and I did not mind because it was only me. The restroom in the hotel room left a lot to be desired. The restroom is in need of a serious renovation. The shower felt old and not as clean as I would like. It

Small room for the price. No face towels or wash cloth. Air-conditioning is iffy. No help with the luggages, no offers or slight assistance, especially thru the security section. Definitely not a "4 star" hotel.

Nice gym facility, bell and wait staff very good, check in service sometimes very busy and slow, a smile from the check in staff would be great, but in fairness they are busy but efficient. Overall a very nice property.

I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and easy to use. The outdoor pool had a nice resort feel, which was a highlight of the stay 👍. On the downside, poolside food service was quite slow, and although ice cream was listed on the menu, it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. The shower also never really got hot – during the rainy season when it was a bit chilly, I wished for higher water temperature. Breakfast was excellent with a huge buffet and a live omelet station. Check-in, however, took a very long time as the line was quite big. One thing that really impressed me was the staff. Because of the security check, I had to leave my Bluetooth speaker at the entrance and forgot to pick it up before leaving for the airport. When I called, they actually brought it all the way to me at the airport! I was so grateful for their kindness. Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm and attentive service.
