this hotel looks like its for business- clean, basic and functional. which was perfect for me since i only went to phils for a funeral. If you're looking for an elaborately decorated hotel or resort- this isnt it. but theres a resto inside good for breakfast especially, a small pool, very helpful staff and right across SM Edsa (a huge mall). When i say across, you literally just go to a higher level, and walk out and you're in SM already. parking can be a little confusing though since its so huge, but theres plenty of security to point you to the right direction. one thing though is for super late night snacks (i.e 2am cravings), they only have a refrigerator that has limited food options, like fruit cup and rice bowls (which they help microwave). they have several drinks, but the only non carbonated one was pineapple juice and i had bad heartburn my entire 3 day stay there (lol).our rooms are clean, (i reserved 3 standard rooms for 3 people) and we had a little view of trinoma, an ironing set, extra disposable slippers, a lot of hangers, refrigerator, hairblower and safe.
we checked in at 1am and the front desk guy was still so cheerful. their staff is amazing..ive been to hotels worldwide where staff are a little cranky or lifeless at odd hours like 2am but i have not see that with any of their staff especially front desk people. really amazing and i will def go back.
