Nothing is outstanding but the staff is friendly and everything is pleasant. The location means it is convenient but noisy. During our stay there was a communication issue between Darcy's and Orbitz. “This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. ”

Lumbini was filled with smoke from surrounding agricultural burns., which we were told were typical in November and December. The smoke was so bad our flight out was delayed 3 hours because the airport closed for poor visibility and smoke marred the view of the Temple,……
