“Do not second guess this hotel. Book now!!!! While on a road trip with my son we were looking for budget, and we hit the jackpot here. This hotel is nestled in the middle of Historic Downtown Manistee, about 50 minutes from Sleepy Bear Dunes. This hotel can be termed casual, laid-back. The rooms are roomy, well decorated as you see in the pictures, and very comfortable. There is a chocolate and ice cream shop next door. Down the street a little further is a nice hotdog and hamburger shop with……

“The property was older but has been updated. It is very convenient to the main part of town, close to several restaurants. It has a nice indoor heated pool and hot tub as well as a breakfast with several choices. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. There is no elevator but the stairs are reasonable between levels. We look forward to staying here again!”

“It was a very clean room with friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub & pool. Nice breakfast, several items offered, though I personally don't eat many of the items. There was a power outage while there. Rooms were secure. Need some light for the stairway & laundry room. I would stay here again.”
