“Overall we had a great stay. The house is cute and comfortable in a good location. The only issues we would recommend fixing are. 1. The hot tub seemed to not have all jets functional, and there was alot of hair and dead bugs floating in it before we got in.2. The bedding had alot of visible stains. Probably needs a better cleaning or switch to darker colors.3. A door blocking the kitchen off from the back exit would probably greatly increase the ease of heating and cooling the home. When we……

“Our 2nd stay and def will return; could use more kitchen plates, bowls, etc a blender would be great and a grill would be awesome!! But those are extras and did not influence our review as we knew what to expect. Mostly clean; shower curtain liners need replaced or cleaned. Other than that we do like the house location and comfort features. ”

“This was a very nice house, plenty more room than we needed for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything we needed in CDA/Spokane area. All of our interactions with the host were very professional and helpful - they do a really good job. Nothing negative to say, the place was wonderful, and really well stocked for cooking and extra towels and everything we could want. Thank you!”

“We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown.”

“The Nora St. house was perfect for our group, ranging from age 4 to 68 as we visited family in Spokane. Communication with owner/manager was excellent. Best user manual we've ever seen.”

“3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!”

“Loved staying at this house on the lake. House was very comfortable, though could really use a good deep clean (being winter and not a busy time of year, guessing that is why). Loved the location and view. Hosts were great as well. I recommend staying here!”

“We have a family gathering every year for the holiday season in Post Falls and typically it is just a one day event because there is no where for everyone to stay over night unless we all get hotel rooms. This year we decided to rent this VRBO so that we could all spend the entire weekend together! It worked out amazing. Places for everyone to sleep. We were able to stay up late and play games at the very large dining room table. Plenty of space to have our taco fest set up in kitchen area.……
