“3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!”

“This location could not be more beautiful. Our host was very communicative, and helpful. It was a perfect place for us. Very close to our family and a nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to stay here again. ”

“Each bedroom is very private - views are gorgeous. I do not think I would bring small children to this home because of the many stair steps.”

“This house was perfect for a weekend visiting our Gonzaga daughter. It is spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking the dogs and several stores and coffee shops are within walking distance. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. There is some road noise but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend this home:)”

“The property was brand new. Great amenities and for our need for a girls basketball tournament getaway. ”

“Savannah was a great host and excellent communicator. The apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!”

“Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable.”

“This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Spokane with our family. The property was clean, well maintained, and tastefully updated. It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane. ”

“We had to cut our visit short due to a plumbing issue that was going to take some time to resolve. Our host Lisa was very gracious and accommodating. It’s a cute little older house with good heating and a nicely remodeled walk in shower. Budget travelers like us will be happy. ”

“This home was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well supplied. Livingroom was comfy with lots of seating and thermostat controlled gas fireplace to warm it up in the early mornings. Central heat worked great. Contacts with the owner were great. “House was suitable and met our needs. Not as nice a home as others we've stayed in. Exterior and neighborhood a bit rundown. Sleeping accommodations were great. Bathroom amenities weee adequate but only average. Kitchen amenities were minimal but adequate. ”
