“I didn’t stay in this apartment I booked because the owner had already moved someone else into the apartment but instead he took me to a different property owned by his friend and the accommodation was in terrible shape , there was no hot water and the toilet was broken and unable to flush also there was no cooking gas and there was music playing all night into the morning. I’m going to request a refund from this company.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Kololi sands. The staff are friendly. The pool and beach space is relaxing and the apartments are great. They are cosy, clean and comfortable and perfect for families. There were 3 major downsides to our trip- the pool private to our apartment was freezing and was never in the sun. This made us not utilise it at all. “I went here for the second time. This round i had 14nights. Had some problems in the beginning with cleaning off room. But when i took it up with management they turned it around and made sure the rest off the stay was without anything to complain about. The staff, kitchen, waiters, security and rest is doing a fantastic job to make you feel welcomed and without anything. Good location, good food and nice place overall.
