Rustic cozy peaceful escape in a safe and quiet neighborhood within 2 blocks from Mayo Hospital and Bethany College with a children's park, hockey rink and tennis courts just across the street. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and an additional queen air mattress and bedding located in main bedroom in cedar chest for 2 additional guests for total accommodations of 6 guests. This rustic gem has a lot of charm and character including slanted and squeaky floors and a claw foot tub in the upstairs bath. The warmth and coziness of this home will create a feeling of peacefulness that you will not want to leave. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit from spring to fall.

Great homey house, very clean! Warm and cozy,m. Kitchen had pots and pans, but will need to bring all your own spices, oil, etc. would stay again.

Property was exactly as stated it would be. Easy access and location. Easy and smooth communication with the property owner. Even had ice trays in the freezer which was my comfort of home! Definitely will stay here again!!
