“Stayed here for an overnight down from Minneapolis and it was perfect. Walking distance to the venue and bars/restaurants/coffee shops. Apartment was clean, had the basic necessities, and was a good landing spot. Only issue was dead batteries in the tv remote, but we survived!”

“We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown.……

“I stayed here while I was visiting The Nations Glory Barn in Waldorf. It is the coziest little cottage. Loved taking walks around the property too. They keep it very clean and it had everything I needed. The owners were very nice and always got back to me in a timely manner. I would love to stay again sometime! :)”

“Plenty of fish were caught from the dock, coffee and snacks were enjoyed on the spacious deck overlooking the lake, games and our sit-down Saturday night dinner at the kitchen table - all contributed to time together for our busy family. Kitchen supplies/organization fantastic. Only issue was bunk beds and loft in the same room. Access to upper beds didn’t work for our ages, mobilities, so two of us slept in living room, but it was a small detraction from our long, relaxing weekend together.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin on the lake. Thoughtfully designed, it included everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Inside, the classic Minnesota cabin aesthetic came through beautifully—plenty of pine tongue-and-groove paneling and charming wildlife decor set the tone.What really surprised me was the variety of waterfowl on the lake. As a lifelong Minnesotan, I spotted several birds I couldn’t even identify, which says something!I titled this a "Diamond in the Rough"……
