A Hy-Vee grocery store was conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood was sufficiently close to the highway for easy access to amenities without being overly disruptive.The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, some of the towels were stained, and we encountered an issue with the master bathroom toilet. We informed the owner about the toilet problem, and they assured us that someone would fix it. “We enjoyed staying at this property. As advertised there is plenty of space and potential for fun! It was Easter weekend, lots of room inside and out for yard games and egg hunting! A few things in the house need to be spruced up and the beds could be a little more comfortable but overall the home was well worth the cost, extremely affordable! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Most of all, communication with the host was top notch. Keeping this property on our list for future trips.”
