“Over all it is a nice small place. We stayed a couple of night. Had everything we needed. Only complain is it was a little dusty, especially under the bed. Other than that it was all pretty good. ”

“Stayed here with my 84 year old father and 4 teenagers. Dad enjoyed his space on the entry level, which also had it own half bath and thermostat. The rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The location was great. We were able to get to our family in Wilmington in 20 minutes. The river park was merely a 5 minute walk away and the teenagers enjoyed it very much.....I felt it was safe enough for them to walk by themselves. “First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. Unit has downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Up a very narrow and steep staircase are 2 bedrooms and the only bathroom. Unit is clean and appears to be……
