“I feel like they have stayed at hotels and included what they would have liked at their hotel- a bigger size mini fridge, a fan, paper towels; things you wouldn't have normally at a hotel but wish you did have. Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! ”
