“We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!”

“This is the best VRBO experience I've had! The apartment was spotless and the amenities were far beyond what one might expect: large smartTV, ability to do laundry, comfortable furniture, nice towels. There were so many nice little details in the decor and the supplies, both in the kitchen and throughout the apartment! After a long drive, it was nice to come in and enjoy a cold drink from the fridge. Todd was very prompt with all communication and access to the apartment was extremely easy. ……

“This is a magical setting to truly get away from it all! Fireflies, friendly horses, endless trees... so beautiful! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, amazing views. The closest town, Mansfield, boasts not only the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum but also a classic old-time town square, complete with soda shop & bookstore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to press "pause" on city woes.”

“My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Wilder Days in Mansfield. The home makes good use of its space and is amazingly roomy. The main sleeping areas are in lofts, up steep stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us, but might be an issue for older seniors or young children who might be prone to falling, so just be aware. The kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer were convenient. Though we didn’t use them, there was also a BBQ on the back deck, as well as a fire pit in the yard. The stars……
