The checkin sevice was my least favorite part. Not having a person at the front desk created a minor challenge. We were promptly and very well taken care of after we contacted the customer service line. It was just an unplanned challenge after driving 7 hours and being tired from a long day.

The Lodge was a great place to stay. We have stayed there previously when it was Manson Bay Suites. Even though it is not a traditional hotel set up with someone at the front desk, check in was very easy via getting my door code through text. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We were in town for a baseball tournament and needed a later checkout due to having a late afternoon game. Texted the number provided to request late checkout and Marlon was quick to respond and accommodate our request. Great place to stay!

Ifeel like this is another type of building that was converted to a hotel. I did not realize there was no elevator but there were only 2 floors. Door code didn't work initially since we had asked for an early check in. Everyone responded quickly to text or phone call. If you don't touch the door code buttons on the way out of the room, the door doesn't lock so something to watch out for. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Pool was nice and warm. It was a quick walk to the venue we needed to go to. We did see there were some dining options that were walkable from the hotel. It was ok for the overnight stay we needed

The property is actually really nice . But our room needed maintenance badly and was rented to use instead of being repaired No overhead light or ceiling fan apparently the staff had the remote and was trying to figure out why the light and fan did not work . The door jam was damaged . The bathroom fan was so dirty it would not work and the door hook was broken off the back of the door . The game room and pool where not open when we were told they would be available. Staff was extremely rude and dismissive about the condition of the room but clearly indicated that she was aware of the needed repairs before it was rented to me . I do not believe that this is a problem of neglect on the owners part but a serious staffing issue.

Extremely clean and up to date property. On the day of our check-in our fridge was not working properly. It took one phone call for the staff to come and trouble shoot it get working. Would definitely visit again.

This property had the best bed I have ever slept on at a motel and I've stayed at a lot over the years. The ease of access and how easy they made everything. I loved all the sitting areas, game areas, etc. Very roomy and open. I was bummed that the hot tub was broken during my 3 days. So that's why a 4 rating.
