I grew up on this end of Roanoke Island, the North End as we would say. There is a bike path that runs along 64 making the north end a great place to run, walk and bike. The street the house is on leads to the water and some great views of the sound.

Our family's heritage in Manteo dates back to the 1800s, with roots as lighthouse keepers. My father even worked on the historic Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse on the Manteo waterfront. We are proud to share our lovingly restored home and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have enjoyed preparing it for you.
