“We enjoyed our long weekend away at Stella Maris. There was plenty of room for a party of 7 adults. Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer). Otherwise the home was cozy, centrally located, and had gorgeous oceanfront views. Thank you for opening your home to us! ”

“Host was very responsive. Properly is two blocks from the beach and an easy walk. House easily accommodated our group of 7 women. Plenty of porch space to enjoy morning coffee or evening happy hour. The house could use a few updates and is showing its age.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with host was easy and responses were prompt. Check-in/out was easy. Appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that the unit had everything we needed for our weekend at the beach (beach chairs, cooler, beach towels). We also appreciated that we were within walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars! Highly recommend!”

“A great place to stay. Ocean very close to balcony. Only compliant was the elevator was not always working. Not a fancy condo but very well decorated and had everything you needed in the kitchen.”

“We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response……
