"It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was super professional and the rooms were spacious. But there were 2 things: the AC wasn’t working too well. In one room it was really cold but in the other bedroom you could barely feel it. Other than that, there is a public beach next to the one the hotel owns, ..."

"Booked and paid, called property and agreed on checkin time, when we arrived at the property they didn't answer our calls for an hour or so (because that place is an apartment not a hotel, there is no way to get in), we had to find another place to stay at 1 am, they agreed to pay back the money, ..."
