I was greeted outside hours by Lung who very quickly and efficiently got me checked in and settled in to the apartment. "Staff, mostly nice but some are a bit rigid. Location not very convience just quite close to airport around 8 mins if taking grab. For the room, i think im a bit unlucky coz when the 1st room i live, i find there are some ants on the blanket, so i get down & call the staff to help me to change another ..."

Very convenient location

"Check-in was very smooth. Nick was very responsive when we needed anything. There were 5 of us and only 2 keys so need to coordinate when you go out. Key was needed to use the elevator. Lots of space. Mall has food court and restaurants. Did not use parking facilities. Used Grab and convenient pickup ..."
