“The house is clean and well kept and the owner could not have been nicer. Answered any questions quickly and gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants. My friends and I had not see each other for a while so the house was perfect for lounging around and chatting. Kitchen was perfect for long coffees and talking. Great location close to town and close to market etc. ”

“First of all, this was a tremendous house. Very spacious living room/den/kitchen area that allowed our entire group to spend time together easily. The bedrooms were ample and clean. The basement was very fun and full of games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc). Wraparound deck with hot tub. Just a great house. The location was literally minutes away from Hunter Mountain and up the street from a supermarket. The nearby town was very quaint and we spent time walking around a bit. Joseph, the……

“This was our first time here, and out of all of the other homes we've stayed, this was beyond outstanding. The most impressive part were the owners John and his son. I can not give enough stars for these two. As for the property and house/villa, everything was awesome. There is enough room for everyone. From little things such as water pressure, to utensils, to parking, no need to worry, it's all covered. Thank you guys for making the weekend that much more special. See you next year.”

“Visited Windham with family and luckily I came across this beautiful house to stay. This will be my to go place in Windham. The indoor pool was a plus, kids had a lot of fun. One thing I’ll mention is level of chlorine in the water, my kids had teary and itchy eyes and coughing after being in the pool for awhile. They got better the next day. I was told that it was the right amount in it and even lady showed up to make sure that it was fine. I appreciate for what they did. Maybe kids are not……

“We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. ”
