“This place was located perfectly between the park and the main drag where all the food is. And the kids lost their minds every time they walked out the door and saw Lake Michigan with a big cargo ship setting in port. My wife loved the coffee bar available to use. I would say if I would have to criticize anything I would say we should have picked a place with two bathrooms but that’s on us. On days all 6 of us came back at the same time to get ready for bed didn’t work out too well. The beds are……

“Overall it was a great stay. We thought the inside of the cabin was actually cuter in person. It was a little disappointing how close the neighbors were considering the remoteness of the property but it was fine. Our 2 dogs LOVED playing in the shallow bay. There were some broken items (outdoor chair, shower door, missing towel bar, etc.) but nothing we couldn't maneuver around. “We rented this cabin for a 4 day weekend so we could quickly get to Escanaba for my 7 year old to play hockey. It was perfect for our family of 4. We also thought it would be cool to access Little Bay De Noc easily for ice fishing. It was absolutely perfect for this. We caught walleye and perch just out front on the 2nd reef. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending our friends with small family’s as well. ”
