“Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. “A 4x4 vehicle is ABSOLUTELY necessary to get to the villa. Once we actually found the place because GPS and directions the site provided were not accurate, it is beautiful. We were trying to call the number on the site for help and directions but the phones weren’t answered. We hired a local to guide us. The villa is beautiful and the views are stunning. We kept experiencing power outages and there was no water the morning we were checking out. The food from the restaurant was delicious and well……

“O lugar é fantástico, bonito , limpo e confortável. Pena ser afastado de qualquer comércio e não ter internet. Você tem que levar tudo o que for consumir pois não há como comprar lá e as estradas são muito longe e com acesso possível somente com carros 4x4 e muito altos.”

“La chambre de luxe était spacieuse et moderne, avec coin salon. Grand lit King et décoré avec goût. Bonne pression dans la douche et douche pluie. Très bel hôtel. Seul bémol: les employés sur place semble travailler plus de 12h (de nuit). L’accueil à l’arrivée le soir était un peu froid mais on peut comprendre s’ils travaillent beaucoup trop. ”

“O hotel é bom e se destaca o ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionários. A limpeza é levada muito a sério e o lugar, mesmo sem luxo, merece elogios. Um dos dias faltou água quente para o banho, mas no dia seguinte tudo estava consertado. O isolamento acústico no quarto não é bom e durante a noite pode acarretar alguns sustos, especialmente em vista das paredes do quarto serem de "lona". Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido.”

“A great experience in a well designed and well run place. Just one simple thing that can be done to make the experience even better: Move or create a sound-proof / sound-dampening box around the water pump. Currently the pump is situated directly outside the accommodation and when people use water, the pump turns on. If you are a light sleeper (like me) this can be disturbing. Other than that, a really great place, with warm and friendly staff, good wifi and delicious affordable food. About……
