Sleeps 5 log framed double bed on main with double & single bed in loft
Well stocked basic kitchen with cooking on bbq with side burner
Awesome outdoor hot water on demand shower house (closed for winter months first frost to spring thaw )
Deck & seating area with table and umbrella
Fire pit …wood 10.00 per bundle ( propane fire pit while fire bans on for15.00 per night)
Trails to walk in yard with hidden funky art to find the twisted play house the mini solar cabin and chickens ducks & goats on property fresh eggs @ 6.00 per dozen
North Okanagan Shuswap area boasts some the best year round outdoor activities in Canada. Mara lake has beautiful silver sands beaches with emerald green water. Close to the Shuswap river perfectly winding its way through the valley for slow floats
Hiking, Golfing, Winery’s & tours, artisan markets with one on site, close to attractions such as water slides mountain coaster and one the last drive inn theatres in Canada, , scenic mountain visas for cars motorcycles or atv’s natural hot springs all with in short or couple hour drive
For winter activities Hunter range Sicamous trails for snowmobiling, Silver star mountain ,Revelstoke mountain or Larch hills for down hill for x country skiing & snowshoeing or just come relax in the woods
Trans Canada hwy 1 is 15 min away

Amazing!

Just as advertised and the owner is perfect! Responsive and there to make your stay lovely. Nice and secluded with lots of privacy. Bug deck and the cabin is adorable! Will definitely go again.

Lovely forest environment

Very comfortable and charming. Nice magazine and book collection for history buffs. If you need something the owner is close to go ask directly.

What a beautiful rustic cabin away from the hustle and bustles loved the outside hot showers and Chantel has thought of all the homey details !!! Loved it and so did our dog :)

Lovely little cabin

Really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was excellent and met our needs. My daughter loved sleeping up in the loft. No refrigerator (bring a well insulated cooler with loads of ice and you will be fine) but bathroom facilities offered everything you could need. Beach down the road was amazing.

Cute little off grid cabin

This spot was very cute and excellent for what we needed. We booked 4-5 days and Mara Lake was close by. The cabin was clean and cozy. There is solar powered electricity which will allow you to use basic items. Has all of the necessities. The only thing I wished was the use of a fridge as it wasn’t feasible to keep buying ice or go grocery shopping daily. If it weren’t for that, we could have stayed longer. Chantal is very friendly and helpful!
