Good stay, but bad english.

"Everything was actually fine, but it's a mystery to me how you can run a hotel and not be able to communicate basic things in English. It's fair enough not being able to hold a long conversation, but explaining breakfast times, what key cards do, etc., is something you really should have memorized ..."
