“We had a great stay at Shamil's villa, a comfortable and spacious property with easy access to the beach. Shamil is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions or queries during our stay. Varghese, the caretaker, also lives nearby and is always happy to help. It was easy to contact a recommended tuk tuk driver and visit local restaurants, shops etc. We particularly recommend a day boat trip to the backwaters during your stay.”

“Nous avons été accueilli par des propriétaires charmants,très surpris de nous voir arriver alors qu Abritel qui avait prélevé sur mon compte bancaire depuis plus d' un mois les frais de séjour ne leur avait pas versé le moindre centimes. Ils ont néanmoins été des hôtes charmants,aux petits soins. Les chambres étaient grandes et confortables,les petits déjeuners parfaits,la plage a quelques dizaines de mètres. Les repas optionnels étaient délicieux. En conclusion ,je retournerai dans cette maison……

“We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,……

“We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. ”

“Beautiful location, the houseboat staff was very courteous. Enjoyed the boat ride.”
