I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. Do not book at this……

Der nicht funktionierende Herd wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Nur zu empfehlen!”
