The one story private property boasts 3 bedrooms, two baths and an additional outdoor shower. The home is beautifully decorated (not a typical rental) well maintained and adequately supplied. The private pier allows access for kayaking, or fishing. Home is supplied with 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, 2 paddle boards , 5 bicycles a few fishing poles and even snorkeling equipment for outdoor fun. The lot is large enough for parking a trailer with a boat. Local boat launching is available a few streets away for daily use, as there is no access by motor boat to the pier.
