“My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. Second five days my son the rest of my family joined us eight adults for children. Accommodated all of us very well. Pool was great location was very good.”

One of the a/c units was having trouble keeping up. So he came by and put in a temporary unit that solved the issue”

“We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one by far has been the best. It was more than was advertised. We walked into the house and had roses and chocolates on each bed. It is very clean and roomy. We had 10 people and plenty of room. The pool is gorgeous and relaxing. Plenty of towels for the pool and bath. My family loved fishing off the dock. Megan was very responsive. We would highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again. ”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning.”

“The Yellowtail Villa was perfect for our needs, especially as it offered docking for our boat. The Villa itself, an excellent location in Marathon, offering great views, is very tidy, clean, and well-equipped. Matt is a great host. He is extremely swift in responding to any questions or concerns you may have and wants to share all he knows about the area, providing us with some great restaurant recommendations.We enjoyed our much too short stay.”

“We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms……
