“The Hotel La Prison is a very quirky place to stay. Cells have been converted to rooms. Our room was on the 4th floor with amazing view but not part of cell block. Room was spacious with good bathroom- no fridge in the room and pool was very green and didn’t look too inviting to swim in. “We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special.”
