Located at Aloha Golf Club, this beautiful house with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces.
The ground floor comprises master bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and music system. The kitchen is equipped with all equipment. The lower terrace is featured with seating and sun loungers and looks directly out on the golf course;
The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and front and rear terrace.
Community pool (heated from Oct-Apr), tennis and paddle court are located at the rear of the house. Magnificent views of the valley and La Concha mountain and Marbella is approximately 8 km away; beach 3.5 km away.

The apartment was clean and well kept. Unfortunately we did not realize it was so far from everything. As we did not have a rental car, it did not work out for us. The pictures in the advertisement made the place look bigger yhan it was. All other areas were fine.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Location wie erwartet schön. Leider wieder die Wohnung daneben über den gesamten Urlaub hinweg renoviert und im ersten Stock kann nicht viel warmes Wasser an. Dennoch TOP Abwicklung und eine klare Empfehlung.

Mooie woning, centraal gelegen

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De service van de eigenaren is snel, vriendelijk en effectief. Het huis beschikt over drie fijne terrassen. Wat ook fijn is; er zijn voldoende handdoeken, stranddoeken etc. en ook niet onbelangrijk, er is voldoende kastruimte. Het huis ligt aan de golfbaan dus perfect als je golfer bent. Ondanks het feit dat het huis centraal ligt heb je wel een auto nodig.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus. Besonders die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Pool und der Tennisplatz haben uns gefallen. Der Checkin-Vorgang war unkompliziert. Es war alles wie beschrieben, vielen Dank!

Perfect stay

Our visit and stay at this mansion was very good. The mansion is a warm place and feels very comfortable. The location is close to supermercado's and innercity and for us Gyms. The bathrooms were good and the airco really important were nice. The space is big and the further the mansion had everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay. I recommend this appartment and will certainly visit it a next time.

Een heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een zalige vakantie gehad. Wat een heerlijke en veelzijdige omgeving. Een week is veel te kort om alles te zien. De ligging van het huis is prachtig, een schitterend uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook is het contact met de beheerder is erg prettig.

Mooi huis met pro’s en contra’s

Mooi huis met veel erop aan maar ook een aantal missers: geen 4 lounge bedden maar twee, Ronde tafel boven geen 4 maar 3 stoelen Geen haakjes in de keuken om thee/ hand doeken op te hangen Idee: is kastjes in de badkamer te plaatsen War wel vervelend was dat er rondom verbouwd werd waardoor je moeilijk kon uitslapen Het is gelegen aan een golf gebeuren waar je in het hoog seizoen niet mag spelen en duur ook Het gehele gebeuren is gericht op golfers! Houdt daar rekening mee!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour d’un mois dans cette belle résidence: tout le nécessaire s’y trouve! Magnifiques terrasses surtout celle à l’étage pour les fins de journée ensoleillées! Tranquille et sécuritaire. Un grand merci de nous y avoir accueillis!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen......

Grundsätzlich gibt es zur Wohnung keine negativen Punkte. Leider wurde in der Nachbarwohnung einen baulichen Umbau vorgenommen. Wir hatten von 0800 bis zirka 1630 einen grossen Baulärm (Presslufthammer etc.) dieser Punkt bemängeln wir. Wir wurden über diese Bauarbeiten nicht orientiert.

Urlaub auf dem Golfplatz

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Terrassen, 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Greenkeeper waren im November ab ca. 8 Uhr unterwegs - für uns kein Problem da wir bereits wach und/oder unterwegs waren. Aufgrund der Jalousien aber auch für Langschläfer nicht problematisch. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Kontakt mit der Managerin vor Ort ebenfalls perfekt und schnell. Für Einkäufe (Lebensmittel) oder Restaurantbesuche sollte ein Auto vorhanden sein. Fernseher, Bücher, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Sonnenliegen, Handtücher - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze (hinter verschlossenen Toren, Toröffner bekommt man bei der Anreise) waren ausreichend vorhanden. Für unseren Golfurlaub die perfekte Adresse, vielen Dank!!

Perfect October Getaway

We were thrilled with the stay in Casa M&M! The property is exactly as you see it on the pictures! The hosts are very responsive. The location if is far enough from the husstle and busstle of Marbella but close enough to enjoy everything it has to offer! Will definitely considered booking again!
