“This was perfect for our group of friends looking for somewhere to affordably stay near ipswich, Coen was suuuuuuper communicative and helpful even offering an extra mattress to make us more comfortable. Had a lovely outdoor spot to relax in and the place had everything we needed to live in for a week. Love the suburban area. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“A lovely large house with so much included to make the stay comfortable. A very quiet area so slept well and a lovely breeze through the windows. Owners were lovely and happy to show you the house and explain everything and lovely to deal with. Great communication prior to arriving as well. Highly recommend this house and area.”

“The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. “We wanted a quiet overnight stay in the countryside close enough to the Wivenhoe Dam. Woodlands is in a unique and delightful setting on the top of a hill. You need to have reasonable walking ability to enjoy the gardens. Because it was a Monday night we travelled about 5 kms to the Sundowner Saloon on the Warrego Highway for dinner. This added to our happy experience. ”
