“The property owner was VERY responsive, and it was a super cute property. I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon, and it was the perfect distance to the start line. Received all of the information we needed for check in a couple days before, and besides realizing I needed to really push to open the gate, it was very easy to find and get in. There was always street parking available nearby, and like I said, the property owner answered all of my questions very quickly. Loved the cute little……

“What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!”

“Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! ”

“I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from Bill’s attentive and quick responses, to every small accomadation he made to ensure my check in and check out was smooth and in Line with my schedule. The property was spotless and I felt like I was at home! I loved the overall layout of the home and at this point I’m almost ready to move back to Little Rock off of the strength of how wonderful the stay was. I definitely look forward to booking more stays here as I visit Little Rock. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Arkansas. I only had a few concerns such as there was no tv remote and when I contacted the owner to ask about the remote they said that we could download the Roku app and use our phones as a remote but when we attempted this we could not get it to work. The place was clean except for a toilet plunger was covered in toilet paper and looks gross. Other then those two things we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was great!”

“This was my husband’s and my second stay. We love the accommodations and plan to visit again in the future!”
