“Great little bed and breakfast feel, with a lovely view from the terrace. The breakfast voucher is for a great little cafe right nearby and we really enjoyed that added touch. We had the 'green' room and didn't really need the 2nd space with the 2 smaller beds, but it was nice to have so much space, including the kitchen and sitting areas. Very clear instructions on how to find them, especially parking! The video was very helpful ”

“We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for a short 15 minute walk into Montisi. The countryside setting was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed being surrounded by beautiful nature, watching the deer every evening was delightful. We hope to return in the future. ”

“Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. “This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill.”
