Welcome to this cozy condo is across the street from the JW Marriott, on the fourth floor. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony view with a peak at the Gulf - Pure Paradise! The condo is a one bedroom with a King-size bed, full bath, updated kitchen and Queen sofa sleeper.
The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests use. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Marco Island. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and umbrella, towels, beach toys and cooler. The complex also has a heated and chilled swimming pool. If you feel active play a little tennis. The tennis court that is also lined for Pickleball. If you feel like eating in the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill down by the pool and patio area for guests to use. Numerous breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants are within walking distance

Come to San Marco Residences FREE Parking and FREE Wifi.
Washer and dryer on each floor that is credit card or App operated.

Just bring your suitcase ... the condo has everything you need.

Wonderful Stay At The Condo
Our family stayed at this lovely and well-equipped condo for 10 days over the holiday break. We had a great time and found the home to be clean, well organized, and offer everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for us as well. We would definitely stay again!

Comfort and Cozy Stay
We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was excellent because we had the beach access right across the street. We also had a view of the water. There is no doubt that we would stay here again.

All Fantastic
Condo and location was amazing. Everything you need for living and going to the beach available in Condo. Easy access to beach shops restaurants. Everyone on Marco Island was friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend 😎👍

Great weekend stay
Awesome location. Very easy access. Set up was awesome for 2 on a 3 day beach weekend. Beach supplies (towels, umbrella, chairs, and cart) were such a plus to go with the very well equipped and comfortable accomodations. Would stay again for sure.

The location of the condo was perfect. It is right across the street from the public beach access. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and other businesses. Condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked if cooking in.

Winter Getaway
Loved the location and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed exploring Marco Island and the Everglades from this comfortable and perfect home base. In January, the sunsets are visible right from the spot where the ocean peeks through and provides a beautiful show. The host, Lisa, is responsive and easy to communicate with. If we have the chance to travel back to this area again in the future, we will definitely check to see if this home is available. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Marco Island Condo
Our Host, Lisa was very responsive with all of our questions. We arrived early and were able to check in a couple of hours ahead of time :) We found the condo spotless and everything that Lisa has sent to us was accurate and easy to find. The location is wonderful; across the street from the beach, many great restaurants close by. The area is very space and we spent a lot of time walking into town and in the neighborhood. The condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach including a cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler. The beach is wide with white sand and beautifully clean water and plenty of space to spread out. The pool was usually empty and a nice alternative. We also spent time on the balcony which was another space. We will definitely return and owners have multiple units which can be great with large families. Take advantage of this great condo! Five star all the way around!

Great Location and Owner
This condo is in a really good location and right across the street from the beach! The owner is a very good communicator as we had some issues with a blown electrical box while we stayed there ( not her fault) and she was very kind and made it right for us. I would highly recommend staying here.
