When it comes to outdoor living, the secluded and private enclosed patio area surrounding the sparkling, heated outdoor pool offers you a fantastic spot to unwind and relax after a terrific day. The paved patio boasts a lounge area where you can kick your feet up with your favorite beverage in hand while the grilling master surprises everyone with delicious grilled treats using the gas BBQ available. Other wonderful perks include a private washer/dryer, four adult bikes, and central air-conditioning.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pool is great and the location was fantastic we really enjoyed it. We had a real estate agent showing the place at check in and another one calling two days later. Otherwise just a few little items. A very well equipped home.

My husband and adult children and spouses stayed in the home for a 3 day birthday celebration for a family member who lives in Marco Island. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the amenities the home offered very much.We cooked, we used the pool (paid additional fee for heating the pool and it was much needed as the temps had been lower than normal the week previous to our visit), we walked to the beach 2 days and just relaxed and spent time together.The beach chairs, plenty of towels, a wagon and even beach bags were awesome! We were able to enjoy the beach in January when we never expected to.Questions to the rental company were answered quickly.

We love this property. The dock was great a long with the pool. The beds were super comfortable. We slept great every night of our stay. It was just perfect for our family. I highly recommend.

Home was comfortable inside and out. All beds were comfortable. Use of bikes was an added bonus. The home was pretty clean when we arrived but the hanging decor has not been cleaned in awhile, was pretty dusty. The king bedroom across the hall from second bathroom needs a comfortable chair, the one there is hard as a rock.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house accommodated our family wonderfully. The house was fully stocked with the houseware items that we needed; they even had baby items we were able to utilize! Our children enjoyed playing in the pool daily, it was well maintained and in great condition. The house is in a great location, short walk/drive to the beach! We even got to see dolphins from the dock! The neighbor was very friendly, he recommended some great things to see and places to eat! The owners were super responsive with any of my questions. Overall, the property was great and I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Marco Island!

First, the owners were great and so responsive and so accommodating! Which makes everything else just flow! The location was amazing being right on the water and they had a large dock for us to fish from. The property was clean and full of amenities. I mean full, pool area TV, 6 bikes, fishing poles, beach wagon, chairs, carts, towels, extra blankets & pillows, cups, bowls, utensils, pots n pans, dishes, spices, pool toys, Weber gas grill, brand new food items left like coffee, mixes, dressings etc. As another review said, definitely double check before you shop! They even had crab traps for us to use which with we caught some crabs! Nicely decorated through out and updated with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen window opens to the pool area which we could serve the kids their meals on the little bar. They loved it! Comfortable leather furniture and big screen TVs for late night entertainment. Beds were incredible, in fact the master BRM was a PURPLE! Nothing is better than a great nights sleep on a vacation! We could walk or ride on the provided bikes to the beach! We enjoyed the wonderful pool that over looked the canal where we caught several species of fish! We also saw stingrays and dolphins swimming right up to the dock! Close to restaurants and shopping! The neighbor Jerry was friendly and very helpful with information about the area. We definitely recommend this place and Jeff and Mel!!! Next time to Marco this will be a top choice! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This home is exactly as described. Great space, location and EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation. Jeff & Mel have this home stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The beds were so incredibly comfortable that I have looked into purchasing them for my home. I read a couple reviews about the neighbor Jerry being creepy...NOT TRUE! Once you say Hi to him, he is a wonderful man. The patio is large with plenty of seating and the outdoor TV was a big hit for my family. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have a Keurig coffee maker. Jeff and Mel you have done a great job with this rental and I would highly recommend this property! We hope to be back!

We had a great time. The house was exactly as you see it. A few unmentioned pluses were as follows. The pantry had items people before us didn’t use and left. We left a few items we didn’t get to. The bar you see in the living room also collects unfinished bottles. We left Margaritas! There is dish detergent as well as laundry detergent, tin foil, film etc provided by owner. Cost savers, they thought of everything. Don’t shop before you check out what is in the pantry as I’m sure it changes. In the kitchen if you don’t see it ( pots, pans, baking, cooking etc) just keep looking, it’s there. Plenty of towels for inside and out. Jeff responded to any communication within the hour and usually within 5 minutes. A great experience for us , our adult children and our grandchildren. We loved walking by the water to check out the fish. Didn’t see the dolphins but did hear that they really do come by. The neighbor Jerry isn’t creepy as someone said. Simply friendly and likes to show off that he lives there and knows a lot about the area. If we return to Marco for another vacation we will definitely stay with Jeff and Mel.

We had an amazing week at this fabulous property. The home is very well-kept, clean and fully furnished with all you need to have a wonderful vacation. The location was great and a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins play in the canal. The owners were very prompt and provided immediate attention to any of our needs or questions. We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Overall this home was the perfect covid getaway. The home is filled with everything you need. It was the first time that I can say I had a rental where I had everything I needed when I needed to cook. I would agree with others that the house is in an old style but it meets all the needs. In general it feels like you are house sitting versus staying in a vacation rental. Picturesque and quiet the neighborhood is great. The only negatives were that only 2 or the 4 tvs worked for us however the owner offered to repair it but we declined bc of covid and wanting to stay isolated. Also the housekeeper missed a few spots before our arrival but again not deal breakers. If ever in Marco again, this is definitely one of our top choices!

The property was great. The home was fully stocked, the pool was wonderful and the location was perfect. The bed linens were clean and comfy, especially in the master bedroom. Jeff was quick to respond, accommodating, and very helpful when I had a question. All of the information I needed about the property and the surrounding areas/beach could be found in the guest packet on the desk table. Would stay here again.

PROS: big enough for 2 families, inlove with the fuzzy soft bed blankets, cute and tasty bar refreshments, tvs in each room, outside fans, labeled light switches, amazing water pressure as well as hot water CONS: dishwasher not big enough, food storage missing lids/containers, tub bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, small pool, boat deck tiny, neighbor is nosey and super creepy, trash pick up was confusing with lid colors,, there were very small tiny bugs everywhere in the patio furniture to inside the house. Pretty sure its just down south water bugs. Destination was great distance from everything and the property manager was amazing. Thank you for having us !!

We finally got to stay after having to postpone last spring due to Covid. So glad we kept our reservation for this year, your home is so comfortable, no rattan anywhere! Fully stocked with every pot, pan and Tupperware anyone would need. Easy walk to the beach, although the beach wagon handle was broken so we had to improvise but it all worked out. Also plenty of beach towels, beach bags and coolers. The pool was great after a day in the sun and a few dolphins came by to say hi. Would recommend your home and hope to stay again! Thanks for all the easy communication also.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Marco Island! We have stayed in many properties throughout the years, and this one was just perfect. The house is well-maintained, and the owners are wonderful. They thought of everything to make guests comfortable. Also we really enjoyed the location. We would definitely stay here again.
