“1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”

“The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. ”

We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3.
