“We stayed for a quick night stop half way through France. We picked this place because looked interesting and glad we did. Place was amazing. It was different than boring hotel rooms. It was very comfortable, very clean and cosy. The person (I believe he was the owner) was very kind and friendly. We had a amazing comfortable evening and continued our journey next morning but we would definitely stayed for more. It's unique place. Very quiet and tranquil. Definitely recommend here”

“Perfectly positioned to break a long drive between SW France & the northern ports. Located next to a massive plan d’eau or lake with a fake beach. Really cool & pretty to walk around. The lady in charge takes extra care over everything in the hotel. Pretty cushions in communal areas, plants & pretty tables on the terrace. It’s the extra touches that made the big difference. I’d defo stay again. ”

“Really peaceful, lovely rooms and a warm welcome. Really good continental breakfast. There was even a kettle and decent teabags! This hotel is excellent value for money. Immaculately clean, lovely bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - modern rooms but in keeping with the traditional rustic building. The hotel has an honesty bar where you can get a beer (but not much else) although there's no drinks or facilities to make bake a drink in the rooms. The village itself is very quiet……
