“The Villas are great for multiple people that want to stay together. The rooms are kinda outdated and in need of some repair like squeaky floors, cracked walls, etc but for the discounted price was a great deal! Mostly all cosmetic things… Sauna, jacuzzi tub, 2 balconies, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches. Keep in mind, you have to take out your trash, empty the fireplace, take all your towels and bedding downstairs by the main door… we didnt know that.”

“The owners definitely undersell this place in their listing - it was perfect for what we needed! A quiet location at the end of a private drive, surrounded by the woods, was a great location for a relaxing trip away from the city. Charlie and Audrey also provided great tips on where to rent a boat for the Lake, as well as a list of nearby bait shops, stores and places to grab some grub. We’d definitely be willing to stay here again! ”

“Read reviews and did not see any comments about a train that is literally feet behind the house. VERY LOUD. I did enjoy all the graffiti. Like a traveling art show. “We really enjoyed our stay at the Ponderosa cabin. It’s a log cabin so electric outlets are scarce. The cabin is off of the main road by about 9 miles of small twisting paved roads making nighttime driving a challenge. A really nice setting for a relaxing few days. Gary is very accommodating. ”

“It was very convenient that every bedroom had it's own bathroom and mini-fridge ! In addition to the mini's, there were three full sized refrigerators. Very nice! There were some items that need slight repair, but nothing major. One negative is that there is no bathroom near the pool. It was a slight inconvenience to climb the steps to the house for bathroom use for the kids. The pool was ideal! Big and clean with a lot of pool toys available. We did activities around town in the mornings……
