This is a hotel room style room 1 queen bed/ 1 bath and a futon queen pull out couch. This unit is part of a fourplex, however the majority of the time this room is the only room which is hosted for the building. All docks, swim gear, fire pit etc are free for guests to use as well as parking. All bedding and towels included in the stay as well as mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. For parties more than 2, please ask for additional bedding for the futon.
