“The house was awesome for what we needed for family coming to town for a surprise engagement party. Was plenty of room for 7 adults. Beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a plus! Plenty of parking for 5 cars on driveway and in front of house.Loved sitting out on covered front porch but also had fire pit out back. Communication was prompt with Nick. Would stay again for sure! ”

“Easy drive to downtown Birmingham. Older neighborhood, mostly quiet. Large, dog friendly, partially fenced yard. The main bathroom is very nice, and the house is roomy, but does have a few minor maintenance issues. Furniture and beds could use upgrading. Kitchen is nice, but only has very basic cookware; no toaster, spatulas, colander, etc. Adequate washer/dryer, linens/ towels. This was a better option than a hotel for our group.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem on the lake. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked - you lacked for nothing to make it a great time on the lake. I especially loved all the wildlife and sunsets sitting on the elevated deck overlooking the water!”
