Relax & unwind on the front porch or sit in front of 2 fireplaces, or if you prefer our hot tub/sauna room located at our elegant Queen Anne Victorian, a village home located in the heart of Margaretville village. Also, located just 10 miles away from the villages of Roxbury, Bovina and Andes, and just minutes from New Kingston. Just 2.5 hours from NY City . Guests enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking kayaking canoeing, antique shopping just four blocks from main street Margaretville and much more nearby.
The Village Suites has 2 units, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, two kitchens, two living rooms, barbecue, hot tub, WIFI and 2 fireplaces , yard, front and back porch and stream in the back. The house sleeps up to 12 or 6 per unit. No pets, and a 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum on some holidays is required on all peak season weekends. Rent for 1 night during the weekday or non peak weekends (non holiday periods) or weekly if needed.
Belleayre Ski center is 7 miles away and ski Plattekill is 10 miles away.
Belleayre beach is a ten minute drive. Area restaurants are in walking distance as are the shops and supermarket.

Terrible

This was one of the worst experience I ever had. As soon as you walk in the door, the carpet smells and feels like the house has not been used for ages. All carpets are dirty and feels like it was never cleaned. Carpet smells really bad. Floor is broken and not clean. There are bugs all over the houses. Ac are in terrible condition and does it work properly. Windows are broken and makes easy accessible to bugs. I had infant with me and I wish I never had came to house. Spent $$$$ feels like wasted. Hot water tub had lot of the dirt and terrible. Outdoor chairs are broken, kitchen equipment is not clean. Towels are old and doesn’t look clean. Pictures on website doesn’t match the expectations and pics on website are edited. Terrible, terrible and terrible. I would not recommend to anyone.
