“It was very cool, just some slight inconveniences. -Only had one roll of toilet paper with no spares for 8 people. -Hottub was not completely filled so if we wanted to use it, we would need to find a bucket to or hose to fill it and wait for it to heat up. -A few cabinets in the kitchen would hit against each other or on the ceiling making them a bit annoying to useOther than that it was a pretty cool spot and owners were responsive when i texted them because i couldnt the email they sent me……

“Bobcat Lodge had everything we needed and more. The number of beds is excellent for a group of adults. The kitchen space is a little tight, so we suggest sharing food duties and everyone take a meal so there aren't too many people in the kitchen at one time. And ask the host how to work the stove top at the start of your weekend. Then, enjoy the house. It was warm and welcoming!”

“We had a great stay at this property! The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and stocked with the basic essentials. The location was amazing, right next to the Esopus creek we were able to enjoy the yard, and quick drives to Phoenicia and hiking trails. We would definitely stay again!”

“The midnight fox was an excellent property and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our 3 days stay in the Catskills with the accommodation being a great part of it.
