“I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. “The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. “We booked this hotel because it is one of the few hotels in city centre has offsite car parks available as we know it is very challenging to find car park in the city centre of Stockholm However when we arrive the check in personnel told us all the car parks are fully occupied and they have only five car parks for guest use.
