“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”

“The view from the rooftop to watch the sunsets was perfection. The condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a swimming pool. There are two rooms with queen size beds. The parking is right in front of the front door and is gated so you feel quite secure. They provide bath towels and beach towels. There is also a gas grill. AC in each room and it circulates very cold air. The location is so convenient to all the beaches and the waterfalls. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and we would go……

“There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!”

“La casa esta bien, pero hay cositas que arreglar por seguridad como las puertas que no cogen los seguros bien, habia polvo en ventanas y no se veia que habia sido limpiada antes de recibirnos, la ventana de la cocina necesita poder cerrarse para que no se escape la llama de la estufa y entra mucho sol por esa ventana (alguna cortina). Deben sugerir las mejores rutas a tomar para llegar a la casa dependiendo de donde venga el huesped, el GPS te tira por las peores carreteras. ”

“Wonderful spacious house. Great areas to relax in the house or by the pool. Short walk right out the back gate to a lovely beach. ”

“Great little one bedroom apartment, ground floor, and very easy access from the adjacent parking. As close as you can get to the pool also, which was great for us and our 8 year old son. The pool does not have a deep area, so that was great. The AC works great, and the building must have a generator because we were there during the island wide blackout, and we didn't even know until we left.
