Our "Cozy Corner" is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in a charming residential neighborhood in Marietta, OH. Newly renovated home with new flooring, modern light fixtures, updated kitchen, new appliances, and more. The refinished, original hardwood floors, decorative fireplace and built-ins throughout are just a couple of the charming details. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, and Keurig coffee pot. Newly built covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Large side yard that offers privacy and is shaded. Review of home

The house smelled musky as if had mold in it. Water pressure was poor for both toilet and Shower. The upstairs bedroom looked as if was under construction. The parking was poor. Moreover, the back yard had dog poop in it with fallinglimbs . Homeowners tried to charge me an additional cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

Like a home away from home. . Only better!

The listing for this rental is 100% accurate and actually doesn't do it full justice. Home was clean, well decorated, welcoming and perfect for people and pets. Neighborhood really is quiet - love Bruce, the cat across the street who could care less about the dogs (lovely neighbors by the way). You will NOT regret this rental. You WILL put it on your list to visit again.
