“The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. “We stayed here for a week long tourney in East Cobb. The house was very clean and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the different sets of fields. Worked out great for our needs. The adults enjoyed the back deck at night and the boys were able to hang in the basement. The water heater tripped our last morning and Tracy immediately responded with how to fix it so we were able still get cleaned up in time to catch our flights. Overall we were very happy with our stay! ”

“This home was the perfect venue for 5 adults; each had our own bedroom with four bathrooms and two large kitchens in such a beautiful setting. Well stocked -they thought of everything. The big dining table and breakfast bar/isle were great for gathering to eat and drink and play cards. Would love to return and explore this beautiful area. ”

The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. “Overflowing trash that smelled, broken tp fixture, dead flowers, very used couch no pretty pillows like in photos, ice maker didn't work, very little lighting, back yard completely overgrown and the games were in terrible condition, not usable at all. The worst part for me was when I brought my Dad home from the hospital and turned down his bed, the sheets were dirty, wrinkled and clearly used. I was mortified. There were NO working smoke alarms, there were places on the wall for 2, but only……

"The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good.
