“Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess! “Where to begin!? The photos in the listing simply do not do this property justice. It is a truly magical location and I highly recommend it. We rented the entire place, for 20 people, to celebrate a birthday and each family, couple or single had their own private space/apartment, while still being part of the whole. “Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Chalet. Super war, dass der Pool beheizt war und so immer angenehm war zum schwimmen. Super, war auch das Fußläufige Restaurant. Dort haben wir zweimal zu angenehmen Preisen gesessen. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, wenn man einen Tisch auf der vorderen Terrasse hat. Ansonsten war das Haus gut ausgestattet. Man sollte sich gut mit der Gegend beschäftigen. Einkäufe und Touren mit dem Auto sind mit Zeit und vielen Kurven verbunden. Aber genau deswegen……

“This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. “Lovely Villa with stunning views of the area and wildlife. Easy drives to Pisa and Lucca with also closer medieval villages to explore. We loved Barga and its restaurants and Castelnuovo Di Garfagnana . Villa is a lovely traditional villa that is well equipped and spacious. Has everything you need. True that the Road to the villa is windy and narrow but managed to drive our SUV hire car up to the villa without difficulty as there are plenty of passing places. Pool and surrounding clean and……

“Insgesamt sehr positiver Aufenthalt. Schöner sauberer Pool, ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht in das Tal. Küchen waren mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben das Kinderbettchen (mit eigener Wäsche) und den Hochstuhl genutzt, das war praktisch. Ansonsten muss man sich etwas arrangieren: Gegessen haben wir auf der Terrasse unten (etwas eng), das Geschirr musste man dann aber in die Küche nach oben bringen, da hier die Spülmaschine ist...
